Return Policy, The
SingleShotEspresso website will accept eligible returns within 10 days
of the customer receiving of order date. SingleShotEspresso will also
clearly label all non-returnable items in the product description such
as (i.e. clearance, custom designed, custom finished, and all
perishable items). SingleShotEspresso
will refund all funds in the same manner the customer originally paid,
will also not accept: Merchandise returns without a SingleShotEspresso
SSE R.G.A.# (SingleShotEspresso Return Goods Authorization Number) SingleShotEspresso
will process all refunds within fifteen days of receiving an R.G.A.
SingleShotEspresso will charge no more than 20% or $20.00 (whichever is
greater) as a restocking charge. SingleShotEspresso
will pay for all standard shipping costs and will not charge a
restocking fee and accept all returned items when the return is a
result of SingleShotEspresso product manufacturer's defects or
fulfillment error.
